There was quite a bit of exterior damage to the van that wasn’t noted to us prior to receiving. Additionally, there was a tail light out for our entire trip and the AC did not work in the back of the vehicle (which was brutal in 90° heat). The hosts were nice, but the overall value was disappointing. Getting to the parking lot was a struggle and then had to pay $21 for parking that wasn’t noted until after the booking was complete.

The vehicle was clean and ready to go. Smooth ride and clear communication from the owner at all times. Pick up/drop off might seem tricky but Best in LA has it down to a science. No problems here at all! I would absolutely use them again!
