The host and his team are A1. Pickup was excellent and very smooth. The shuttle from the terminal to the garage was a breeze, and the walk to the parking garage was easy as well. The car was in prestige condition, very clean, and well taken care of.
The Kia Carnival Hybrid was excellent for our family of 5. We fit 3 full-size bags, 6 carry-ons, and a stroller with no problem. The van was also great for driving around Los Angeles, and the hybrid system helped save gas while going around town. Highly recommend this host and vehicle!

The van was just what we needed for our eight passenger trip. It is great on gas very comfortable and it was very clean. The host was very flexible with us and pick up and drop off was very easy.
