Vehicle was clean fantastic would definitely rent again!

Zhan drove the car to our terminal curb and was there when we dropped off. Rented many Turo cars and have come across many different methods of pickup and drop off, this was by far the easiest. We had drove several family members in this car and they are now seriously considering buying one for themselves, they liked it that much.

Zahn’s Kia Carnival was super clean and easy to use. Great on gas mileage too! Leave extra time to pick up/drop off vehicle at the off-site parking lot (45-60 minutes).

Communication could be improved. Not clear on where to pickup the car. I had to ask several questions to get a clear answer. Vehicle did not have a full tank of gas.
