The van we rented was great. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group.
The issue was with the company handling the airport shuttle for pickup and drop-off. When we arrived at the airport, we had to call for the shuttle, which wasn't a problem. However, we waited nearly 30 mins for it to arrive. When it finally got to our stop, the driver told us the shuttle was already full and that we needed to walk to the next pickup location to get on.
Returning the van wasn't much better. We waited another 20-25 minutes for the shuttle, and when it arrived, it was a small van that couldn't fit everyone waiting, including our group and the people ahead of us. The rental van itself was excellent, but the shuttle service made the overall experience frustrating.
