Overall cleanliness wasn't great but the car drove really well for our trip and the space was perfect for our family. Would rent again for our next adventure.

I understand your feedback, but the car was exposed to rain that day, and unfortunately, rain can affect the vehicle’s cleanliness. The car cannot be kept completely protected from the weather at all times. I always do my best to provide a clean vehicle, and I appreciate your understanding.
The van was spacious, had cold AC, Bluetooth connection, loud speakers, and it ran smoothly. When I first picked up the van one of the brake lights wasn’t working so I had to replace that before my trip. I messaged Melik and he zelled me for it. The only issue I had was that the van was a bit faulty at times there was a sign that would say “check charging system” on the dashboard and it felt like it was going to turn off on me but after turning off the AC it would fix itself so I tried to not turn on the AC so much. Other than that i had a good trip.
