Rented a charcoal colour 2015 Honda odyssey from Yoshi, their communication was prompt and easy to understand which was a bonus. The van was very rough around the edges though. We never broke down so that’s a bonus, however we did cut a lot of our further destinations out of the plan due to the fear of breaking down and being stranded with little kids in a heat wave. A/c in the van needs a recharge, it sometimes would blow cold for a minute, definitely didn’t cool the van to a nice temperature though— again it was a heat wave so may be better in lower temps. it had a very rough— motor? I have the same van at home and it’s quiet, this one idles loud and rough to say the least. Not sure what’s about to go, but something is. If you have long journeys planned for this rental vehicle, I would recommend a different vehicle unless it gets a good go over in a shop prior. We only drove under 500 miles and we had another double that we wanted to do but didn’t in fear of breaking down, and wanted to make it back, so that put a good damper on our trip. Spend the extra $$ and get a good vehicle !!

Although we personally had issues ourselves, locating vehicle upon arrival, Yoshi was immediately responsive and supported us all the way through, really exhausted travelers. Yoshi was kind and tried to be incredibly informative.
We appreciated his attempts to replace our vehicle for unexpected AC issues. However, his constant interactions, we had good arrangement in the end. We couldn't have asked for a better host! A+ for Yoshi!!
