Car was clean, everything fully functioning and we were able to pick it up exactly where we needed at Union Station, Los Angeles, when our train arrived.
Host was very quick to respond and helpful when we first had trouble finding exactly where it was parked for pick up.
This was an excellent ride for a family of 6 adults, including 1 elderly with mobility issues. We enjoyed the space and features, finding the power side doors particularly helpful for my elderly mother. I loved the back up camera, safety alerts and the ability to set/keep driver preferences on the seat and side mirrors that came with this car.
Host checked in with us mid way through our trip to make sure everything was going well—great communication.
An outstanding all-around experience and I highly recommend Morcali’s vehicles and service.
