He was able to pick us up at terminal and drive us to a location for exchange which was helpful with our family size

Host was easy to communicate with, responsive, and worked out a late return. The van served our purpose and got us safely, and comfortably, to and from our destination on a long weekend trip outside the city. Everything worked.
I should mention that the van is showing its age. The AC was cool, not cold. Enough for our drive in April. I don't know if it would be enough in the hotter climates we have around here. The alignment felt off when driving. I felt that it would pull, and there was a lot of give in the wheel.
Overall, good experience and happy with the price.
