Unfortunately pick up was not smooth, pick up instructions were not provided and communication was slow from the host. Once I got ahold of her it was fine. The van was nice and clean.

The guest was late, picking up the car and didn't notify me so I went back into work i then replied to him a few minutes later . The guest also requested a refund for a day which was denied by turo policy
