The van itself was good The only problem I had was that the doors lock 20 seconds after you close the doors. If you don’t have the van keys in hand, you will get locked out. The car locked me out two times on my trip. I stepped out to open the back door, and the car had already locked. Very frustrating

Multiple issues with vehicle including AC not working in a very hot climate, brakes vibrate excessively downhill, car locked itself with keys inside and had to pay for locked vehicle access services. Host had little to say about it and seems unconcerned. Will be uninstalling Turo.

The car delivered was not the same car as described from photos. Even same color and year model but not looking decent. Scratches, dents and wears are spoted when I checked in from exterior. The interior was wear and faded bad. Front driver seat was tear. Parking lot was far from terminal. For Long Beach parking, host should be a little thoughtful by parking the car at Structure A instead of B. Took our family and myself 15’ to drag our belonging, luggages to the location of the car. Need a key lockbox, not in the gas tank. The keyfob was smelling gas badly.
Other than that, communication was fine. Host doesnt cause any hard time during the trip or after, expecially fuel being top off full like the other I got experience before. I would say this is an LLC car rental business, and I guess you have many cars to manage. But please put yourself in the customer’s shoes, especially the family travel ones. We need comfort and decent trip with a good thought of yours. My guess this is how you keep your reputation good for long term. Be understanding and be thoughtful. You think for people, people think for you.
