Easy contactless pickup. There was an issue with my original reservation but they found me a replacement quick. Offered to let me keep the car longer if I needed. Would rent again!

This was the worst experience I ever had on Turo, I rent a lot of vehicles on Turo and this is only my second bad review. First I asked the host if they could let the seats 💺 down in the back they didn’t do it, second the car had a overwhelming smell of cigarettes 🚬 🤢🤮, third the brakes was squeaking and grinding, fourth the worst of all the host was to cheap to replace the tire 🛞 so they patched it up then gave the van to me and the tire blew out as I’m driving on freeway it’s was a disaster I was stuck on the side of the road for hours, I kept wondering why the price was so low for a fairly new van well now I know why 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

There was a small issue with the car that I just personally didn’t want to worry about so I did request to return the car. BUT BUT BUT the team was amazing and handled it in my opinion in a VERY fair manner. I changed the trip returned the car and got a refund for the remaining days. No issue at all. I would rent from them again.
