Pick up was easy. Host was prompt and answered any questions I had. Ride was what I expected (needed a big car with seating for 7 and got exactly that). No surprises, all good

The Grand Caravan is the way to go for long road trips with the family. We went to SC to attend a graduation and throughout our trip we were comfortable with lots of room. This trip is a 4 star out of 5, because our vehicle overheated and left us in SC for an extra day. Though not a fun experience at all, Kagan was really helpful and made things right after our trip. He worked with the shop that handled the repairs and notified me when the vehicle was fixed. This mishap was not his fault or mines, just something that happens.
