Dodge Grand Caravan

I typically do not leave negative reviews but this one is warranted. I've rented from this company two times before and had a wonderful experience but this time was the exception.
- The vehicle did not have working air.
- The auxiliary port did not work.
- The vehicle was not washed.
- The windows don't roll down on the vehicle in the back and have to be rolled down by the driver.
- There are 210,000 miles on this vehicle.
- The check engine light is on.

When I reported these issues to the person, they said not to worry that the check engine light was on because of sensors and that the air was working fine, which it was not.

I had to bring the vehicle back because the air, in fact, was not working correctly.

On top of that when I came back, they told me, "That's cold air!" They gaslit me over and over until I made the person get in the vehicle with me and drive to see that the air might have started off cool not cold but that it turned out hot.

The vehicle that they ended up putting me in, because I don't have time to go somewhere else to get a vehicle, was not comparably sized. It was a compact vehicle versus a minivan and it doesn't suit my needs. I would not recommend renting at least this vehicle from this place.

My personal car has 40k fewer miles on it despite being 3 years older. When you rent a vehicle, you expect it to be better and safer that your personal car. I didn't feel safe driving this 2.5 hours away.

While I appreciate having another vehicle to drive, it's a complete inconvenience and for 2 different people to gaslight me into trying to agree with them that the air worked when it absolutely did not was an insult to my intelligence.

Really excellent for the price! No issue with the car. Communication not always very detailed, but smooth overall. Self pick up and drop off.
Would definitely recommend!

The pick up and drop off was smooth what I didn’t like was I didn’t get the car I originally booked and there were no accommodations but to give me something I didn’t necessary want but had to deal with. It end up being alright because at least the car was clean and drove descent. Think I could have been satisfied if an extra free day was available for me with the vehicle I originally booked. But other than that it was an alright trip.
