The vehicle itself was fine runs well. The only issues was customer service was HORRIBLE. After booking for a family of 8 the vehicle only came with 7 seats after informing the owner he basically said it was our fault?! That you have to request the 8th seat we booked for??? No compensation whatsoever only offered a percentage off of another rental.. also having the owner pull up upon drop off to “address issues” and pressing for a 5 star review when they deserve the complete opposite. Will NEVER BOOK AGAIN

His post speaks for itself. The driver assigned to this vehicle did arrive around the time he did due to his early check in, as customary procedure. Not much more we could do for him, especially after cursing out the owner for not having the middle seat that he should have requested, which is in the guest messages for a guest to do.
Great communication with host, and it was a great experience traveling with family in the van. I would recommend and will use again in future!
