First off, this is a company that leases multiple cars not just a person that is renting out their personal vehicle. So understanding that will help with how the pickup and drop off process works.
The awesome part was the pickup and drop off. It was super easy to have a driver bring the car to us at arrivals when we got to ORD airport. He contacted us and we waited maybe 10 min on the curb for him to arrive and drop off the car. He was super nice and helpful with the entire process.
The drop off was also a breeze. Michael also contacted us just prior to our drop off time and met us at departures curbside. We got our bags out of the car and took the photos and then he took the car right from the curb. This was probably the easiest process I’ve ever had with a car rental.
The only negative I have was the instructions were not clear on this was how the process worked. I was expecting to pick up a car at a parking lot somewhere but this ended up being a lot easier.
The “host” also was very slow at communicating which is the only reason I gave 4 stars.
Overall It was a nice car and was pretty clean and reliable and we also booked last minute and they were very accommodating. I wish communication was a little better and faster. There was a few times we never even got a reply until the next day. I would not hesitate to rent from this person or company again through Turo.

Excellent customer service, I highly recommended the pick up and drop off options at O’hare. It felt like white glove service. Wonderful people, we had an issue and they made sure it was fully resolved as quickly as possible.
