The car was comfortable, reliable, and in great shape so I would give the car a five out of five stars…. But the most valuable aspect of our Turo experience was the host, Pamela, who was highly responsive and went above and beyond to return a couple of items that I had overlooked when cleaning out the car. Her kindness, honesty and flexibility coordinating the return of these items makes me wish I could giver her a 100/100 rating! If you need a van, it will serve you well to book with Pamela knowing she is highly organized and responsive, and also a kind soul who goes above and beyond to do the right thing and make sure her guests have a great rental experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫡🫡🫡

The car ran great, pickup was super simple and we enjoyed our trip! My only mention would be that the car did smell like cigarettes or that it had been smoked in and the smell lingered the entire time. Otherwise it was perfect!
