The A/C stopped working before I left town. The drivers door window did not roll up right away it had something wrong. The car was dirty the inside of the windows were dirty. Took it to the car wash and it needed cleaned on the inside. Then Turo doesn’t want to refund my money!!! I had the car for 2 hours. Had to cancel my trip to Denver to see my family.

We really strive to host our guest and make them comfortable! However the weather we can’t control the night before you picked up the vehicle a storm came through and your booking was at 8am you picked up at 9am if I would have known I could have washed vehicle again but the forecast said rain all day! As for the A/c this vehicle seats 7 passengers however very limited Vents in the back of the Van you can sit in the front sits and be comfortable but yes the back bench it’s not!
Great vehicle for our vacation. Noelle was communicative and very quick to respond when needed. We loved the car. Thank you again!
