Van is expected to be returned in the same state as it was received. As a friendly reminder, please take note of the following during your trip: - I don't mind pets in the van, but please ensure there is no evidence left behind. Excessive pet hair may result in an additional cleaning fee. Dog hair can be so hard to remove, so I recommend putting a towel or blanket down. - Please do your best to keep the van clean, but rest assured knowing that I have an unlimited car wash membership and I wash between each trip. So no need to take it to the car wash if it has your standard level of dust and dirt. However, excessive dirt, mud, sand, and/or stains will result in additional cleaning fees. - If you use any toll roads or bridges during your trip, no worries. You can either leave cash in the vehicle or I will just invoice you once I receive the toll notice in the mail. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please notify me. Not notifying me before your scheduled return time may result in fees listed under Turo support: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines *** Late Return *** If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard BEFORE the trip ended. Or message me on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods). No smoking in the van please. Violators will be subject to fine up to $250 based on Turo fees & fines policy. *** Accident and Unexpected Issue *** For accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support 866-735-2901 immediately.

• How is the pick up and drop off of the van handled?

  For everyone’s safety all pick ups and drop offs will be contactless unless otherwise arranged and the key fob will be with the van when you arrive at the location. With Turo’s new contactless handoffs the following items are mandatory before picking up the van: 1. Please upload a photo of your drivers license to trip photos 2. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license You can upload these photos by going to your reservation page scrolling down and where it says “add photos” tap there to upload.
