Let me start off by saying I am a first time user, and I was skeptical about the whole thing. However once I realized how easy this process is versus a typical car rental company, I may never go back. My hosts/owners were amazing every step of the way. The vehicle was in perfect condition and the additional extras (booster seat and Yeti cooler) added so much value. To end the process our flights got changed and we had to stay an extra day, and adding it to my reservation way super easy in the app and with the owners. Rad Rides Kauai are platinum super starts.

We offered to refill the vehicle if you were running short on time and we thanked you for being such a great guest. I'm wondering if you were confusing us with messages from your hotel or air BnB. With many of our guests being first time Turo users, they appreciate our communication during check out.
