Picking up the car was easy. First time using Turbo

Had to extend our trip because of a tropical storm and Danny made it very easy and was very helpful

The car was barely sufficient. The key fob was totally unreliable. Sometimes, it wouldn't open the doors. Many times, it wouldn't open the rear hatch. Luckily, it never left us stranded, bu5 it was a constant worry that we would be stranded or unable to make it to scheduled events (skydiving, etc.).
There was even trash left in the van from previous renters in the center console and rear passenger door.

To clarify a few points: The vehicle was personally cleaned and inspected before the trip, and no trash was left inside. The key fob was tested and worked properly. Even with a dead fob battery, the physical key allows access and operation, so there was no risk of being stranded. The guest became upset when we could not drive over an hour each way at 10 PM the last night of the trip to deliver a key. We also explained that the trunk button on this 2017 Sienna only has an auto close feature.
