We had a great experience with the van on our trip to Kauai! All messages had a quick responses and Christopher was an awesome host. He even called to check that everything was good. We appreciated his communication so much!!

Very easy to pick up and drop off, I love theres a shuttle to pick us up from and bring us to the airport. Car was great, no issues during our trip. One thing I would recommend is a phone holder which could be helpful for those without a charging cord for the car. However there was a provided car charger adapter in the car which was also nice, so we just ended up buying our own charger. Other than that, it was great and we had a great trip. They also frequently sent check up messages which felt nice! Definitely would use again :)
