Our shuttle will swiftly transport you to your vehicle, which is conveniently located just five minutes away from the airport. In case someone I arrange assists you with the shuttle, you'll find the key or key fob in a secure lockbox placed either in the center console or glove box of the vehicle. To access the lockbox, I'll send you the combination as soon as you provide a selfie of the primary driver holding their driver's license next to their face. Additionally, please include a close-up photo of the license itself, ensuring that all the information is legible. Remember, only the primary driver is allowed to pick up and drop off the vehicle. It's important to note that the vehicles listed on Turo, including those labeled with "AIRPORT DELIVERY," won't be delivered directly to the airport. Instead, customers will be picked up and shuttled to the Turo lot, where most of the vehicles offered here are located. Unfortunately, selecting the airport location automatically incurs a $35 charge. But wait, there's more! Not only are my shuttles free, but they're also conveniently located closer to the airport. Just before returning the vehicle, please top off the gas to make sure it's at the required level. Even if the gas gauge needle appears to be on the full mark, it will be considered full only if the gas level indicator needle is above the full mark. Rest assured, I'll make sure to fill up the gas completely before you pick up the vehicle. Please note that the primary driver, accompanied by a valid driver's license, must be present to pick up the vehicle. If you plan to have additional drivers, they must have the Turo app already downloaded on their phones and approved as drivers by Turo before being added. FREE SHUTTLE, PICKUP AND DROP-OFF FROM THE LIHUE AIRPORT (LIH) NO SMOKING // NO VAPE PENS // NO PETS // NO OFF-ROADING As per Turo's rules, the car must be returned in the same condition it was received (interior and exterior). Please return fuel levels to original levels. For Pickup: I or some one I arrange will pick you up and shuttle you to the vehicle. For Drop-Off: Simply return the vehicle back to the same location you picked up from. For Hotel Delivery: I offer free shuttles to the vehicle from and to your hotel within a 3 mile radius of the airport. If you are departing on the same day that you are returning the vehicle, I can shuttle you directly to the airport. Please note: this vehicle is equipped with GPS Tracking.
