Everything was perfect for our large family! The car seat was a plus while traveling with our toddler. The vehicle was great to get around Kauai. We would rent again.

Car was not in good condition, it ran well but the car has had rough treatment

This is a classic Toyota Sienna. it’s the oldest van in our fleet and the most economical. While I appreciate what Sue is saying, she could have easily paid up for a newer car with all the amenities/leather etc. that’s not what this is. We have this van so families on a budget can still enjoy the island. It’s a perfect Toyota, and you’ll be respected by locals for being in it.
Sue could have also said this during her trip, but chose not to and rather air out publicly rather than switch out.
Car worked out fine. Difficult to update the time of drop off. I was not able to schedule my next Turo because of that. I was not able to check the car in once I dropped it off. It was approved in messages but not approved through Turo. I ask them to close it with no response.
Communication could have been better. Just accepting my updated drop off time would have saved me a lot of hassle.
