If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Dylan was an absolute lifesaver throughout our entire rental experience. From the moment we picked up the car, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. But where he really went above and beyond was when we had a blowout on the highway. Instead of leaving us stressed and stranded, Dylan made the whole situation surprisingly easy. He handled everything quickly, checked in to make sure we were safe, and got us back on the road with zero hassle. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and dependable. If you’re renting a car through Turo, ask for Dylan he truly made our trip so much smoother.
