The car was great! The instructions were very clear and we had a great trip! I’d rent from Tim again next time we come back to Kauai!

Awesome van and host

Bugs. Many bugs in the car.
Passenger sliding door doesn't open from inside. Something wrong with door lock or inside handle. Driver's side works fine.
JEFFREY •
Mahalo for the feedback, Jeffrey. We inspected the sliding door after return: the child safety lock was engaged - a switch on the door edge, not a defect. We're very particular about bug-free cars and treat every vehicle between trips with child-safe methods, as many families ride in our vans. We never heard about either issue during the trip - when something's off, we explain or swap vans free the same day. We can only fix what we know about. Mahalo, Tim
