You got where you needed to go with no word or complaints until your review. I’d been happy to discuss what could be improved had you contacted us instead of leaving a negative review with no relevant information. Mahalo for your buisness
Everything went well with the car. It was ready when scheduled, automatic information was relayed to us, and we had no problems with the car. However, we never got a response other than the automated ones. The car could use new tires and windshield wipers. The backup camera also had an issue where it shows the picture upside down, making it difficult and not reliable to use. It was the cheapest option on the island by far and got us where we needed to go.

I prefer to use the Turo shuttle at the airport. It is much more convenient.
