Tim was amazing! We had a great time and no problems. Tim was very comminucative with all the trip info before and during. It made the whole process simple. The Turo shuttle service was also top notch. Would highly recommend booking with Tim!

The one small hiccup on this trip: the passenger window would only roll up using the driver's-side controls (the driver could roll up all windows the whole time). It hadn't come up before — the replacement switch is already in hand and will be installed before the next trip. Thank you for flagging it, and safe travels!
