This van is not as pictured. One light on the front is completely gone and the side view mirror is taped on. It smells of cigarettes. I felt the van had issues from pick up. I messaged Austin multiple times, but was told this van never had issues. A vehicle with this number of miles has had some problems. The day before I was supposed to turn it in, the check engine light came on. Austin lead me to believe he would ‘save me some money’ if I just checked out early. Never saw that from him, but reported the car and situation to Turo and got a little back. I would be very hesitant to rent from this host. He was not at all worried to rent this to a mom with her five kids and provide little to no support.

Pickup/dropoff were super easy. Some minor exterior damage to the car was present (bumper and side mirror) but nothing that interfered with our trip. No issues with the van whatsoever!
