larry is awesome! the process was easy both check in and returning the car. there was no issue, smooth driving. highly recommend and would most likely rent the car again.

We were very pleased with Larry's minivan. Larry was flexible and helpful during the car pickup. We have a large family and a lot of luggage, and we were unfamiliar with the area. We ended up on the wrong side of the tracks, which would have required a short walk with stairs to reach where he had initially parked. He was very understanding and drove to our location instead of the agreed-upon pickup spot.
The car was well-maintained, had a full tank of gas, 8 seats, and a spacious trunk.
