Our van was in a fender bender and had to go into the body shop. I contacted the guest and let them know what happened. I made the mistake of canceling the trip myself on the app, instead of calling Turo and having them cancel it on their end. I have learned my lesson and will call Turo if that ever happens again.
Amazing car and so many accessories with a lot of space! We def enjoyed it and will be booking again!
