Pick location was good but the host was disappointing. Had a flat tire was told to contact roadside assistance which I did then when the tow truck showed up. I was told to tell the tow driver to leave if he didn’t have a tire to replace it and they was going to come out and do it theirselves !! Was told they was going to cancel my trip because of this matter never did that and I’m still getting charged the fee for roadside assistance that I was told by them to leave !! Smh never had an issue with them until this day very disappointing.NOTE me and my kids and wife waited in 102degree weather for 2hrs before anything was resolved

Service from staff was exceptional... The 2012 Toyota Sienna was lacking and is need of repairs... Did not notice most till next day during the daylight. Ground effect loose, rear window missing clamp to close window, wiper blade fell off, seat arm rest would not stay in support position, and a few more small things

I really enjoyed this vehicle, it rode very smooth and when I picked it up, it was an easy process really quick and the car was clean. I didn't have any issues while I had it for the few days I did.
