The vehicle itself was clean, reliable, and served us well for our trip to Florida. We had no issues with the car, and overall the rental vehicle was in good condition.
The main issue was communication surrounding the return. Our scheduled return time was 7:30 PM, but around 1:15 PM, while we were still driving back from Florida, I received a message asking what time we would be returning the vehicle. I later learned that the owner had another renter scheduled to pick up the car at 8:00 PM, which I felt was extremely close to our scheduled return time.
At 5:44 PM, I was also told that the owner would be waiting there for the vehicle. Since our agreed-upon return time was still almost two hours away, that communication made me feel rushed and as though I was expected to return the vehicle earlier than the time I had reserved.
We were traveling with two young children, so getting everyone out of the vehicle, transferring both car seats, gathering our belongings, cleaning up the vehicle, and making sure it was properly fueled was already a process. Having to do all of that while feeling rushed because the owner wanted the vehicle back sooner than the agreed return time added unnecessary stress to the end of our trip.
I think allowing more time between reservations would help prevent this type of situation and give renters the full return window they booked without feeling pressured. The car itself was great, clean, and reliable; the main area for improvement would be communication and allowing adequate time between reservations.

At 1:17 PM I asked what time they would arrive and was told “around 5:00 PM,” so I planned accordingly.When I learned she meant arriving in Georgia,not returning the vehicle I confirmed that 7:30 PM was accurate and simply asked for an ETA. I never asked her to rush, return early, or shorten her reservation. I understand she felt rushed, but that was never requested or implied. I waited until she arrived and respected the full reservation time. 5pm was was intentionally left out of her review.
Great vehicle. Extremely reliable. Had zero Issues from pick up to drop off. Highly recommend!

Great vehicle, it was very comfortable and roomy. We really enjoyed our time. Host was amazing and very helpful. Definitely would recommend and rent again!
