Overall, we had a good experience renting this van. The host was easy to work with, and the vehicle was clean and served our needs. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. It blew nice, cold air while driving on the highway, but during regular city driving or at slower speeds, it rarely stayed cold. Since it was very hot outside, that made the ride uncomfortable at times. Other than that, everything else went well.
