Positives: The owner is nice and communicated effectively. The vehicle is in sound mechanical condition and drives well
Negative: the vehicle was very dirty. Clearly, it was used by a family with young kids before us. There was trash on the floor and in the cup holders in the rear, food remnants (mostly in the back and trunk) and the interior was dusty and sticky. My wife and I spent 45 minutes cleaning the interior before starting our trip. Before we returned the vehicle we took it to a car wash to ensure that the next customer doesn't have to deal with the same ordeal we went through.
It a nice owner and a good vehicle, but it must be thoroughly cleaned between customers. It is not too much to ask and I am confident that this owner will take care of this issue.
