Everything was good except wrong pickup instructions and tire pressure

wrong pick up instructions its was few cars over and you went and opened somebody else's car thinking it was mine. you should know better to look for liscense plate number and the color of the car my car is silver and you went to the one that white completely different color . and when I gave u the van it had no tire pressure issues. and you brought it back with a nail in it and by the time I got the van so I can get it ready for my next guest the tire was completely flat to the ground. SMH!
