Great car! We loved it for our trip from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We had no issues throughout the trip and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The pickup and drop-off process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. We will definitely consider booking this vehicle again the next time we visit Las Vegas, especially since we have a large family.

Car was great and that's about it. This host is terrible and their team is not very client friendly. I had my car reserved for a set time as you do in Turo. I messaged them at 10:30am on the day of my 1pm pickup telling them I had to reschedule my inbound flight for pickup to 3pm. No acknowledgement - they only also me when I would be arriving and I said 3pm. My rescheduled flight was delayed. I was in communication with the host. They asked me when I was expecting to be able to pick up. I said 3 p.m. Time had passed, and I'm in the air at this point, and I get a message at 3 p.m. on the dot, two hours after, saying my reservation's been canceled due to the no-show policy. When I had been messaging the hosts all day, telling them this has happened, they told me that it was canceled because I didn't change the pickup time in the app. No communication! I thought that'd be totally okay. Other host-side work, which I rented from, this was not an issue. I would message them, and they never required me to change it in the app to formally change it. No communication. They canceled it, and then immediately after they canceled it, they offered me a discounted rate. I'm thinking in my head, "Oh wow, okay, this is nice. They realized that was a little harsh, canceling so abruptly just following the policy." I was like, "Okay, great, I'll rebook," so I proceed to rebook the car, same dates, a little bit later pickup time for when I was able to do it (mind you, I'm doing this on the plane on the tarmac). I didn't realize until I had picked up the car just beforehand that they had pocketed the fee. There's a cancellation because I booked a non-refundable trip.
If you ask me, this is a very malicious business practice, and you should not rent from this host because if anything, you know, god forbid, anything goes wrong, they're going to screw you over. Do not book with them. It's unfortunate because it was a really nice car but this is unbelievable. My $500 rental turned into almost $900. I'm gonna be in contact with Turo Customer Support about this to see how this can be remedied, because this is absolutely ridiculous. This is a very malicious business practice. Whoever this person's employees are running their account, they're doing a very poor job, and they do not care about the customer. Don't believe any of their messages.

I had an outstanding experience renting a Kia Carnival from Eric on Turo. From start to finish, Eric was incredibly communicative and easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The van itself was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my family. It fit everyone with ease, had plenty of room for our things, and was surprisingly fuel-efficient. Whether we were running errands or taking longer drives, it handled everything effortlessly and got us from point A to B without any issues.
Eric was truly a joy to rent from. His professionalism and friendly approach made a great impression, and I would absolutely rent from him again.
