Overall, we had a very good experience with the vehicle. It drove great throughout our trip until unfortunately it broke down while we were on the way to take our son to the airport, a day before we were scheduled to return it.
Krystine was extremely responsive throughout the situation and made sure we were safe and taken care of. She was very apologetic and genuinely concerned about us, which we really appreciated.
The breakdown is the only reason I’m giving the trip 4 stars instead of 5. Things happen with vehicles, and I definitely don’t hold it against the host. Based on how Krystine handled everything, I would absolutely rent from her again.

Car was great. Had an engine oil leak due to loose oil filter but that was the dealerships fault and host was great in helping coordinate the fix. Would rent again
