The check engine light came on which became a huge inconvenience. Thankfully turo did provide another vehicle and the host was very responsive and communicative. However, this was a huge safety concern and also resulted in us having to purchase car seats for the new car because turo had a hard time finding us a car that had car seats. Also, we had to get an uber back to the airport cuz the new car we got had to be picked up and dropped off at a diff location. Everything got resolved and we are thankful. But wish host would’ve taken better care of their vehicle to ensure its safety before allowing us to rent it. Host was very nice though. This specific car had issues though.
