Host and co-host were great. Very responsive and took care of any issues with the vehicle.
The van though... was very well used but worked. It's been through some things in Vegas. Or it could be because it's a Dodge.
Its most likely both.
Be sure to document any issues and let the host and co-host know and they will take care of it right away.

Communication was great. The airport pick up was incredibly smooth and I loved that the parking lot had no fees and was right next to the shuttle. The van is older and has definitely been used heavily, but it worked for our needs getting around the strip. The transmission felt a little sticky and it shakes when coasting at low speeds. I think it needs some service, but it was reliable for short distances like we drove.
