The car was amazing during my trip. Pick up and drop off was super easy and convenient. So much room and spacious!!! My Host was very responsive and prompt! Will definitely do it again. I highly recommend!!

We arrived at 2am in the middle of the night after a long day and a delayed flight. The pickup location was super confusing to find in my opinion. The step by step instructions are not accurate at all. Then we could not locate the correct vehicle since the license plate number listed in our reservation was no where to be found on any vehicle when we arrived. I finally got the keys from the lockbox and found the vehicle that way. I messaged the owner about my frustration and they said the number listed was for the Vin number of the vehicle even though it clearly says license plate number on the turo app. The owner seemed annoyed with me and not very friendly or helpful. The van itself seemed to work ok for the few days that we used it. The A/C did not blow very cold at all but it was also very warm outside. Overall, just an ok experience. Not great by any means.

We’re sorry pickup felt frustrating after a delayed flight. Our Customer Hub provides a direct, clickable walking route to the exact lot, along with step-by-step instructions sent before arrival. Because several vans look alike, the instructions also advise using the key to identify the correct vehicle if needed. Once those steps were followed, the van was located. The vehicle identifier was also clarified in the Turo thread.
Car was great, but having to leave the airport and retrieve the car was a headache after traveling all day with kids.
