While using the vehicle I rented from McKenzie, her customer service was excellent. She was responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with her co-host, Dylan, was extremely upsetting and uncomfortable. His behavior during the trip made the situation stressful, and as a result, I felt uneasy returning the vehicle directly to him.
I left an honest rating based on this experience because the level of disrespect I encountered was unacceptable for a business transaction. I truly hope that in the future McKenzie considers working with a different co-host, as her professionalism deserves to be reflected throughout the entire rental experience.
