The spare tire keeps popping out~. That was a serious problem with this car. This car is too old and should be checked all the time~
Pick up was easy and drop off is easy but the car needs to be replaced~. Especially, renters with family…. You should avoid this car. But they are awesome and makes it efficient.

After guest returned, found that the spare tire came loose and was laying in the luggage area. Simple fix. The retaining nut came loose. We re-attached it within it's compartment. The cover had a couple of clasps which were broken. Other than this, which happened during his trip, there is nothing wrong with this van. It is getting up on miles but still runs great and has never broken down on a guest in over 250 trips.
The car was clean and well taken care of. It worked great for our family. They communicated well and made sure we knew exactly where to go for pickup and drop off. Would definitely use it again.

The Las Vegas airport has a dedicated lot for Turo next to the rent-a-car center with a free shuttle, so pick up was as close as is allowed by the airport. Andy and Liza were really helpful with drop off and pick up and kept up communication throughout the process. We don’t use Turo often and had many questions that they answered fully. The car was in great condition and was very clean. We had a great trip! Thanks, Andy and Liza!

Car did its job but was mechanically just okay. There was noise from the front end which made the trip nerve-racking and several features with the van didn’t work. Host was responsive and helpful.

Following his trip, we replaced the brakes and backup camera. Van is good to go again.
