The vehicle broke down on us multiple times. There was a lack of communication and I never was informed of receiving any type of compensation.

The check in and out process was fine. Struggled with the key box. Wasn’t told that the booking number was the number to use to unlock it so it took a moment. Car drove fine, told them of any issues and the response back was quick. Wasn’t a Pacifica like I thought I ordered but a voyager so it was a bit smaller but worked out just fine.

We’re sorry the cosmetic damage affected your experience. The vehicle was returned that morning with newly reported accident damage, so we delayed its release until it was inspected by the dealer and confirmed safe. We disclosed the situation before pickup. With such short notice, no other seven-seat vehicle was available; rather than cancel your trip, we provided the inspected vehicle. The damage was cosmetic and did not affect its operation.
