My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids (three teenagers and a one-year old)) booked Timothy’s 2017 Pacifica for our recent 4-day trip to Las Vegas. The van worked perfectly for our family. It fit all of us comfortably, including 2 large suitcases, 3 rolling carry-ons, and a foldable stroller. The van was clean, full of fuel, and the pickup process was smooth (thanks to Timothy’s directions and photos that he provided to assist). The drop-off process was equally as convenient.
There was only one hiccup during the trip. We ordered an infant car seat, and when we arrived at the van, there was a booster seat. Timothy corrected this within 7 minutes, delivering the infant seat right to us. I only mention this hiccup to highlight how responsive Timothy was during the entire trip — from start to finish he was accessible by both message and call almost immediately.
I would recommend this van to anyone, especially those with large families and accompanying luggage. It was a great trip.
