This was my worst experience ever. Car was old and dirty to the disgusting stinky level of dirt spread around it. Seats were torn and falling apart. Car was making all kinds of noises, being all beat up and worn. Aside from looks and smells car wasn’t safe to drive since it had breaks issues. Coming back from our trip front breaks heated up so bad that almost stopped working. It was extremely dangerous to bring the car to a complete stop. Will never rent at this place again and leave a huge complaint to Turo as this is major safety issue
During your four-day trip, which included over 500 miles of driving, no concerns or safety issues were reported through the Turo app or at the time of return, despite multiple opportunities to do so. Had any issue been reported during the trip, we would have worked with Turo to address it immediately or arranged a replacement vehicle if necessary. The vehicle is regularly inspected and maintained, and we take all safety concerns seriously.

Seats in the driver and passenger seat were torn and did have a smell to it maybe the last driver had a pet I’m assuming , but overall it drove well.
