Great service. Great ride. Host was very responsive.

Experience was great. The car did its job. It was clean and check in was easy and clearly explained. I will say that this particular vehicle is fairly clunky. The transmission slips when accelerating and the front end has a lot of squawking sounds. It didn’t break down on us or anything so I’m giving it 5 star, but it is evident that it needs some maintenance. So if the issues aren’t addressed, someone in the future won’t have as much luck as me.
