We had reserved an Explorer. Last minute cancelled and so we got off plane with no idea what to do. No phone call capability, gradually took the only thing we hoped would work for our camping trip.
It cost more, mileage changed, waited at car inside of how to get in it and finally Marion texted and then called.
In general, a great concept, but really messed us up with a vehicle not really well equipped for going into the mountains.
I would not rent from Turo again.

Host was late, made us wait 1 hour for pick up so he could do a quick clean of the vehicle. Gas tank was half empty. Van ran good.
