The vehicle was advertised an eight passenger minivan. It was only seven passengers. The owner would not agree to a discount rate, though we had to modify transportation due to the discrepancy in passenger capacity of the vehicle

I mentioned in my message that Turo automatically shows the vehicle as an 8-seater after the VIN is entered. Unfortunately, I’m unable to change this information. However, the vehicle description clearly states that it has 7 seats.
