The vehicle was very clean and operated as expected. I was a little uneasy at times when going over bumps because it feels like there is something loose in the front end which made it rattle and bounce however I did not have any major issues.
Thank you for being a great guest, Michael! We have thoroughly checked and there is nothing loose at all on the front end, just the normal sound of a minivan going over big bumps. My Honda Odyssey is in excellent condition! Look forward to having you back on your next trip!
