I was worried about the brakes. It was smaller than I thought and it lacked a few amenities I would have liked. It was cleaned and no other complaints

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern about the brake noise. The brakes were inspected and serviced, and the pads and rotors are in good condition. The occasional squeal occurs primarily when the brakes are cold and does not affect braking performance. I take these concerns seriously and have since started proactively notifying guests about the occasional noise before their trip. I appreciate the feedback and will continue to be transparent with guests.
